No Crust Pumpkin Pie

4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. milk

Beat eggs with sugar, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Blend in the pumpkin and milk. Pour into a greased 9-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
