Rhubarb Freezer Jam


2 cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 3-oz pkg wild strawberry jello
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple, plus liquid
Cook rhubarb and sugar until soft.  Add jello, pineapple and it's liquid.
Bring to a boil.. Simmer for 15 minutes.  Pour into sterilized jars.  Freeze.
