Gluten-free and dairy-free
2 large eggs, beat til fluffy
1 1/2 almond flour
1/3 c.Truvia Baking Blend
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix all together
Fold in 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Drop by teaspoon on a parchment lined baking sheet.
375. Bake until lightly browned
Cool 10 min on parchment
