Instant Hot Cocoa Mix

From June Pieck, a friend in Willmar, Mn.

4  3/4 cup instant powdered milk
1  1/3 cup cocoa
2  1/3 cup sugar
1/4  tsp salt

Mix well.  We use the food processor,
Store in a dry container.
To serve, use 1/3 cup mix to 1 cup hot water.
