Dried Beef Dip

From Shirley Evans
An Evans favorite.

1-8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1-16 oz pkg. sour cream
1-8 oz jar water chestnuts, chopped
1-8 oz pkg dry beef, chopped
1 onion, chopped fine (or to taste)
2 drops tobasco sauce

Heat thoroughly in microwave.
Serve hot with Wheatsworth crackers (or any cracker of your choice).
