2 minute microwave chocolate cupcakes

For dairy-free, substitute almond milk for half and half.
This is sugar-free and gluten-free.

1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend
3 Tbl cocoa
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Tbl coconut oil, melted
1 egg
2 Tbl half and half (or use almond milk for dairy-free)

Mix with a spoon until very smooth, no lumps.
Divide evenly into 4 or 5 mugs or ramekins.
Microwave 2 minutes.
