Ham and Broccoli Quiche (Judy Peerboom)

1  9" Quiche
Preheat oven to 375

1 refrigerated pie crust (directions on box)
place pie crust in glass pie pan.

Mix together:
1  1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
1  1/2 c. shredded swiss or cheddar cheese
4 eggs, whisked
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2/ tsp. dry ground mustard
Broccoli, Asparagus, and/or Tomato slices (optional)
Pour into pie pan. Bake 35-45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
