Christmas Cranberry Salad

Grandma Arlene Evans made this every holiday!

Serves 18-20

In food processor or food grinder, process:
1 lb. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 orange-- leave peel on
1 can pineappple --crushed
Put 2 cups sugar and 1 Tbl lemon juice over and set aside.

2 small pkg. cherry jello, dissolved in 2 cups hot water--let cool

In bowl, add 2 diced apples,1 cup diced celery.
Add cooled jello mix and cranberry mix.

Refrigerate until set. Stir occasionally while it is setting up so it mixes well.
This keeps a long time, refrigerated.
