Baked Rice Pudding

1 cup raw rice, cooked set aside.

In bowl, blend together:
4 cups scalded milk
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisens

Pour rice into a 2 quart casserole dish.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Add egg mixture and stir.

Place casserole dish in a large baking pan of very hot water 1"deep.
Bake about 50-60 minutes or until knife come out just-clean from center.  Don't overcook.
