From Alpha Hanson (Shirley's aunt in Lake Mills IA)
Marvyl and Hans served this every Sunday for the smorgasbord in the Home Town Cafe.
In bowl, combine:
1 box lemon jello, prepared, chilled until set, whipped
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup cream, whipped
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1-2 cups mini-marshmellows
Can also use bananas, grapes, cherries, nuts, etc. as desired.
Chill.
