Hot Fudge Sauce Ice Cream Topping

This is a Martha Stewart recipe

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 Tbl butter
pinch salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In small pan, over low heat,  dissolve sugar in cream.
Add and whisk in corn syrup, butter, salt, cocoa.  Whisk in vanilla.
Heat thoroughly.  Let cool a bit and serve over ice cream.
